Dedoplistskaro Municipal Council Chairman Resigns

Municipal council chairman of Dedoplis tskaro has resigned. Zviad Javakhishvili said that he had already applied the council with a letter.

Javakhishvili was appointed chairman in 2014. According to him, he has resigned for personal reasons. He confirmed the information about his controversy and the District MP which has been going on for years.

According to Municipal Council Opposition lawmakers, the fact is connected with the incident, which happened during the pre-election campaign and MP Shiolashvili forced Zviad Javakhishvili to resign.Shiolashvili does not answer phone calls.

The dutiies of the City Council Chairman will be perfomed by his deputy, Ramaz Papiashvili who is Tamaz Tamazashvilis wife`s brother -in-law.
