The lawyers of both sides are to be handed a reasoned decision of the Supreme Court Grand Camber on the Rustavi2 case. Rustavi 2 lawyers are at the moment in the Supreme Court.

This decision is supposed to describe all the motives and the reasons, according to which the judges made the decision, which was subsequently suspended by the European Court of Human Rights.

Tamta Muradashvili says that from now on the definitions given in the document will be reviewedc as a legal norm.
