Ruling party responds to opposition"s boycott. Members of Georgian Dream state that the oppositions decision- to boycott work of the Constitutional Commission is a political speculation.

Eka Beselia, a Chairman of the Parliament"s Legal Affairs Committee criticizes UNM for leaving the Constitutional commission.

" It looks like a planned scenario. If UNM had an illusion that we would support the model, proposed by them, this is a constitution written by them, which is not good,"- said Eka Beselia.

Roman Gotsiridze, a Chairman of UNM faction states that their decision was caused by the ruling party"s attempts to create a desired environment for elections.
