Ukraine"s Prosecutor General -Yuri Lutsenko made a statement regarding the detention of Mikheil Saakashvili. The Ukrainian Prosecutor"s Office has released a secret audio recording. Prosecutor"s Office blames Mikheil Saakashvili for a serious crime against the state.

"We implement our obligations. We are detaining a person, who is charged with a particularly serious crime against the Ukrainian state, "said Ukrainian General Prosecutor Yuri Lucensko.
