The court will resume hearing on charges of abuse of power by former high-ranking officials. The former head of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs requests repeated interrogation of one of the witnesses.

According to Guram Donadze, Kakhaber Azariashvili stated in a statement in 2006 that he ha a gun in the car where he was with Buta Robakidze .

The accused blames the investigation of ignoring and hiding witness`s information.
