The hearing on the case of Beka Khakhubia has been renewed in the Gori District Court.

Today, two witnesses, truck driver and expert, were questioned. Also, the footage of of the camera of patrol inspectors was examined.

Today, the defense side submitted a motion on the recognition of testimonies of 12 witnesses.

The prosecution accuses the former patrol-inspectors of abuse of the authority which resulted in the loss of life due to negligence.
