The new government is approved -103 votes against 17. The 13-hour discussion was held in the parliament ahead of the voting. In a few minutes after the vote, the Prime Minister has addressed the MPs and congratulated them on approval of the government.

"I would like to congratulate my colleagues on this very big responsibility and wish them success and we will have to use all our skills, experience and opportunities to ensure stable development of our country ", Giorgi Kvirikashvili said.

The Prime Minister has criticized the members of United National Movement .

"I can not refrain from underlining the similarity between the former president and his representative in our parliament and once again I would like to express my satisfaction that the ex-president has left the political space of our country,"- Kvirikashvili has stated.

The renewed government will start working with 13 ministries and one state minister"s office instead of 18.
