The Constitutional Court has made a decision on Rustavi 2"s case. The plenum announced a decision a few minutes ago.The Constitutional Court did not satisfy the appeal of the broadcasting company.

Discussion of the case on immoral deal continues for two years already. The TV Company "Georgia" requested to recognize unconstitutionality of an article of the civil code, which creates the possibility of invalidation of the contract due to the disproportionate price.

At this stage, the decision will no longer affect Rustavi 2"s case.
