The Tbilisi City Court has recognized the poet Zviad Ratiani as an offender. The meeting has just ended at the City Court. The judge has taken into account the evidence submitted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and established the administrative offence.

According to the decision of the judge, Zviad Ratiani, who accuses the law enforcers of verbal and physical abuse has to pay 2,000 GEL as a fine.

The defence side has the right to appeal against the decision.
