The prisoner was found in Gldani prison # 8 with cut throat. His health condition is still critical and he has been transferred to Gudushauri Clinic.

The prisoner"s rights, who is detained for the attempted murder, are protected by "Article 42 of the Constitution." Attorneys suggest that this is not a self-attempt, since the weapon with which the convict allegedly inflicted injuries has not been found.

Investigation is in progress under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies driving to  suicide.
