The state of the Audit Office has presented final conclusions on the dangerous trends and tenders customized for only one company. The issue of land transfer to Otar Partskhaladze is in the report of the State Audit.

The audit report states that specific auctions are announced for the pre-elected companies, which hinders the competitive environment. According to the audit report, the city budget has been significantly damaged by the creation of special conditions and uncompetitive environment for the former chief prosecutor Oar Partskhaladze"s company, "BSRCDG DEVELOPMENT".

Giorgi Mamrikishvili, A Head of Self-Governance Budgets Audit Service at the State Audit Office notes that system problems were revealed in the City Hall.

"Systemic problem was revealed in the City Hall, which deals with the privatization of real estate.  The systemic problem has caused damage to the public interests and the Mayor"s Office has lost the possibility of additional revenue, "said Mamrikishvili.

The Head of the Audit Department of the State Budget of the State Audit Office also explains that the City Hall saw financial losses due to improper conduct of the proceedings.
