TV company Iberia might have financial problems says Levan Aghdgomelashvili, General Manager of Omega Group Tobacco.

It is about the recent 100 million damage inflicted to Omega Group, which might create a problem with TV company Iberia.

Recently, Iberia has made a statement that they have an assumption that the TV company may be facing financial problems.

According to Levan Aghdgomelashvili, the Omega Group has suffered a multi-million dollar loss due to the violation of the Competition Laws and Tobacco Control Law by British American Tobacco.

"Our company suffered a loss of 100 million dollars, resulting from a violation of competition laws and tobacco control laws by British American Tobacco. The first instance of the Court satisfied our suit and the second instance was aware of the damage, but denied the link between the realization of the cost and the damage to us.

"The main financing of the Iberia TV is the Omega Group, and accordingly, it"s 100 million losses damage not only the Omega Group, but also the TV company Iberia," said Omega Group General Manager, Levan Aghdgomelashvili.

Business Ombudsman has information about the problems within the Omega Group.

According to Irakli Lekvinadze, he is aware of the court dispute that is being carried out by the companies involved in the Omega Group, but says that he does not have information about how much of these problems can harm the TV company Iberia.
