Murder of a policeman - Batumi City Court discusses preventive measures for detainee

At this moment Batumi City Court discusses the preventive measures for the detainee charged with a murder of the head of Mukhaestate police department. Investigation has charged 27 year-old man with premediated murder of Buta Antadze.

The accused has pleaded guilty but the lawyer speaks about circumstances, due to which the article may be changed and is asking for bail.

In addition, the defendant at the trial drew attention to inhuman treatment during his detention.
