Malkhaz Kobauri, who is detained for the murder of Ryan and Laura Smith and their 4-year-old son, has been transferred to the National Bureau of Expertise in Tbilisi. According to his lawyer, he has injuries on his face.

The case materials have been introduced to his lawyer. He refuses to speak with the journalists about the evidence and the details. According to him, the defendant has injuries on his face and because of this, he is transferred from Mtskheta to the National Forensics Bureau in Tbilisi.

" His position is a little bit different from the material, released by the MIA. We can not speak about other details ..." - said the lawyer.

Malkhaz Kobauri, 19-years-old is a resident of the IDP settlement.
