Tamaz Akhobadze released from the Ministry of Justice wins dispute in the Supreme Court

Tamaz Akhobadze, who was dismissed from the Ministry of Justice, has won the dispute in the Supreme Court for the second time - the Ministry of Justice once again was ordered to reinstate Akhobadze in his position and pay compensation.

Tamaz Akhobadze and Ana Subeliani were released from the crime prevention center in January 2014. Their suit was upheld by the courts of all three instances, but the ordinance remains unfulfilled.

The reason was reorganization, but the former employees say that it was a politically motivated decision.
