Scandalous record - State Security Service launches investigation against former Mayor of Zugdidi

An Anti-Corruption Service of the State Security Service launched an investigation in regard to the scandalous recording, which reveals a fact of corruption with the involvement of the former Mayor of Zugdidi Lasha Gogia.

According to the source of " Courier", the State Security Service has this recording for several weeks already. However, the mayor left the post only after the journalist investigations had started.

The deputy Mayor of the Municipality has resigned as well.
