Mirza Subeliani"s rights are violated - Ombudsman

"His rights are violated in this case," - states the Public Defender Nino Lomjaria regarding Mirza Subeliani, the former high ranking official of the Prosecutor"s Office.

Nino Lomjaria has commented on the audio recording, broadcasted y P.S yesterday, which is recorded in Gldani # 8 penitentiary establishment.

Nino Lomjaria notes that Mirza Subeliani"s rights were violated by the mentioned conversation. According to the ombudsman, the Public Defender"s Office will assist Mirza Subeliani in the protection of his rights in case of consent.

"There are mentioned facts, which facts that speak about very serious crimes committed by him, so I do not know if he is willing to cooperate with us," said Nino Lomjaria.
