The Ministry of Internal Affairs has released a statement regarding the presidential elections.

The statement says that police forces are fully mobilized to ensure a peaceful election environment.

"For the purpose of conducting the 2018 presidential elections in a peaceful and secure environment, police mobile groups have been created to protect public safety and order in all regions, which, if required, will react to violations and protect the law.

"Police officers, who on election day will be performing their duties , have taken the training course of the Interior Ministry Academy and the Central Election Commission," - says the statement released by the Interior Ministry .
