Court hearing on Mirza Subeliani"s case was postponed due to his health condition

The trial of Mirza Subeliani was postponed to December 4. According to the judge of the case, Lela Nozadze, the Court received Subeliani"s statement on November 15, where he asks to postpone the hearing due to the deteriorating health condition. The doctor"s notice is attached to the statement.

The judge satisfied the motion of the defendant.

"He is involved in this suicide prevention program, undergoing treatment, his condition is gradually improving, but today"s report informs about the current deterioration of his health condition,"- said the lawyer.
