Khulordava responds to the statement of Gigi Ugulava, member of "European Georgia", who said that the person who attacked the representative of a state is a provocateur of the State Security Service.

Gigi Ugulava today called on Minister of Internal Affairs to timely investigate the incident in Telavi. According to Ugulava, the above-mentioned person participated at a protest rally held in Tbilisi on December 2 as well, where he was holding a pro-Russian banner.
