The chief witness of Khorava street murder case, Mikheil Kalandia will be interrogated by the court.
Kalandia has been informed about the procedures together with his lawyer yesterday at the Prosecutor"s Office.
It was decided o conduct Kalandia"s interrogation in the court, since he refused to pass the procedure at the investigative agency.
The case is about the episode of the killing in Khorava Street, where the investigation was launched by MIA and within which Mirza Subeliani was detained. The agency must determine who killed Dato Saralidze.
