A management of TBC Bank releases a statement regarding the ongoing investigation. The Bank has answers to questions raised in the media.In response to the information disseminated on portal kvira.ge that the case against TBC Bank is linked to the founders of the bank.

The names of Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze are mentioned as main figures as well as Avtandil Tsereteli, the founder of the company "Samgori" and " TV PIrveli." According to the media reports, the case is linked to the money laundering, which was observed in 2008."
TBC Bank "denies "the accusations and distorted facts, invented by authors or orchestrated black PR."

TBC Bank confirms the fact that removal of the documentations by the Chief Prosecutor"s Office and investigative activities are linked to the transactions,w which took place in 2008.

According to TBC Bank, these transactions were relevant to the law.
