A Mother of a four-year-old deceased girl to be charged officially. The lawyer has already arrived at the isolator.

Lela Ksovreli is detained under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. She is accused of the child"s death by negligence.

As human rights advocate said, Ksovreli does not plea guilty and uses the right to silence.

According to t neighbours, the mother had inflicted serious injuries to her 4-year-old child, but the relatives and the spouse of the detainee state that the child died due to illness.
