Application and petition for the creation of a Temporary Investigative Commission on Temurlan Machalikashvili"s case will be submitted to the Parliament today.Young activists from the Pankisi Gorge will arrive in Tbilisi. They are supported by the "Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center." Civil activists hope that the legislative body will take into consideration their proposal and think that it is necessary to inform the public about details of such a high profile case.
