The informed source tells the "Courier"that the chairman of the "Georgian Dream" demanded from Khazaradze and Japaridze to sell their shares for a much lower price, which was rejected. Presumably, Bidzina Ivanishvili was angry because of this.
Business Ombudsman Irakli Lekvinadze says that there are questions and in this situation the shareholder"s removal is justified.
"Bank share holders can have questions naturally and naturally the bank"s shareholders should have the opportunity to answer these questions.
