The case of Kirkitadze - The process begins in Gurjaani District Court

A trial of Davit Kirkitadze, the leader of "National Movement" starts at Gurjaani District Court. Police Officers, who are witnesses of the case will be questioned at today"s session.

According to Kirkitadze"s lawyer Giorgi Kandagashvili, the defence side does not intend to appeal with a motion. Kondakashvili also says that the judge will be obliged to discuss the expediency of the detention of the accused.
