The murder case of Irakli Kvaratskhelia - Rehabilitation Center for Torture Victims requests from the investigative agencies to confirm the information about the identity of the head of the Russian military base and start the search with the INTERPOL Red Notice System . The center "Empathy" will appeal to the Prosecutor"s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a letter tomorrow.
"Courier" was able to easily identify the name of the head of Nabakevi base - Sergei Iatin.
Irakli Kvaratskhelia, 29, was found dead on Nabakevi base in Gali on March 12.
Rehabilitation Center of Torture Victims has question marks about the death of Kvaratskhelia in suspicious circumstances and does not exclude the fact that the Georgian government deliberately prohibits the investigation.
"We have identified the name of the head of the Russian military base in the Gali district of Nabakevi, where Kvaratskhelia died in uncertain circumstances and we would like to appeal to the Prosecutor"s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to initiate legal prosecution of these people and confirm their identity .
