The regime of occupied South Ossetia and the representatives of the breakaway region of Ukraine Lugansk have made a statement on the establishment of diplomatic relations.

The information was released by Russian "Sputnik".

The so-called agreement was signed by the Foreign Ministers of the occupation regimes in Lugansk.

Anatoly Bibilov, the so-called president of the Tskhinvali occupation regime, and the head of Lugansk"s self-proclaimed republic exchanged ratification certificates.

MPs from Russian Duma MPs also attended the events in Lugansk. There was also the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia.
