Chairperson of the commission has categorically refused to return the stamps. The lists were returned to the DEC after the opposition started talking about the organization of falsification plan by the authorities and this fact was protested in the election commission.
Miranda Meskhi, the chairperson of the 67th District Election Commission of Zugdidi says that she has not breached the law. According to her, she issued the inventory and lists in full compliance with the law.
