Nika Melia has not been sentenced to imprisonment - the Court of Appeals has not changed the decision of the City Court.
According to the Judge"s decision, Nika Melia will be monitored electronically.
Melia is free but the appeal of defence regarding cancellation of restriction is not satisfied as well.
