"Punitive measures have moved into a new phase, which serves to neutralize Nika Gvaramia," - Zaal Udumashvili, a member of United National Movement"s political council responds to charges against Nika Gvaramia.

According to him, the case on which Nika Gvaramia was charged is legal nonsense. However, according to Udumashvili, the main thing is just what Bidzina Ivanishvili wants.

"There is only one assessment here, the dictatorship gets stronger in the country and Ivanishvili does his best to get rid of his political opponents and leave free space in order to continue his term in power in the 2020 elections. It is absurd to blame a Director, it is a complete absurdity and legal nonsense, but it doesn"t matter, matters only what Bidzina Ivanishvili wants, "Zaal Udumashvili said.
