Two workers fell from a building under construction in Tbilisi - one of them died

A worker has fallen from a construction worksite in Nadzaladevi district in Tbilisi earlier today.
The other one was injured and hospitalized.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation is in progress under the Paragraph II, Article 240 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving breach of safety regulations during mining, construction or other works. A crime is punishable by six months to two years in prison.
