The officers of Didube-Chughureti police division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities, detained previously convicted -B.G. (date of birth - 1976) for theft. The committed crime envisages from three to five years if imprisonment.

Investigation established that detainee stole moped of the civilian, parked on Queen Tamar Avenue and fled from the place of crime. Law enforcers managed to detain the offender shortly after the crime took place. The stolen moped was seized by police as evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of theft, article 177, II part, sub-paragraph “A” envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
