Police detained in Khashuri one person for the attempted premeditated murder

Police detained M.L. (1992) for the attempted premeditated murder committed against the family member.

Investigation established that based on the conflict, detainee inflicted injuries with a cold steel in chest and belly areas to his former spouse – S.Ch. (1995) in one of the streets of Khashuri.

Before Patrol Police crew arrived at the scene, the offender was stopped and disarmed by the representative of the Security Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – junior inspector Aleksi Tabatadze, who was not on duty and witnessed the crime in Khashuri.

Police managed to detain M.L. at the crime scene. Law enforcers seized the weapon of crime as evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted premeditated murder committed against the family member, articles 111 and 19-109, II part, sub-paragraph “F” envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
