According to Davit Zalkaliani, all web sites and hotlines of Georgian representative offices abroad operate in 24 hours regime.

As the Minister noted, in case of the network congestion the citizens will have access to the call center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

“If the embassy or consulate lines fail to provide appropriate explanation and response due to the network congestion, people may also be redirected to the Georgian Foreign Ministry call center. Information is also available on our website and on a 24-hour basis”, - explained Davit Zalkaliani.
