Tbilisi City Court to resume hearing on Giorgi Rurua’s case

Tbilisi City Court has resumed the hearing on the case of Giorgi Rurua. The session is partially remote, only the parties are attending it. The accused himself is attending via video call. Three prosecution witnesses, expert criminologists will be questioned during the hearing.

Tbilisi City Court has left Giorgi Rurua in custody. The shareholder of Mtavari Arkhi TV was detained on November 18 on charges of illegal purchase, storage and possession of firearms.
