According to the decision of the court, one of the shareholders on Mtavari Arkhi Giorgi Rurua remains in custody.

During today’s trial, the defense filed a motion to replace the pre-trial detention with GEL 10,000 bail. However, the Judge of the Tbilisi City Court did not grant the motion.

Opposition politicians were mobilized in front of the court.

Giorgi Rurua was detained on November 18, 2019, for illegal purchase and possession of firearms.
