A man killed his wife in Surami

A woman was killed by her husband in Surami. The 35-year-old man shot his wife in bed late last night. Neighbors heard several gunshots.

As the said the couple had a good relationship, but the man had mental health problems and often drank alcohol.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation was launched under Article 11 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (the premeditated murder of a family member under aggravating circumstances).
