Secretary of State states that the US is looking at banning Chinese application Tiktok.

“With respect to Chinese apps on people"s cell phones, I can assure you the United States will get this one right too, Laura. I don"t want to get out in front of the President, but it"s something we"re looking at”, - said Mike Pompeo.

The US legislators have recently raised concerns with regards to protecting personal data of Tiktok users claiming that Chineses laws demand the local companies to assist with intelligence.
