In Khashuri 3 people arrested on charges of gang violence - the MIA

Police detained Kh.N., born in 1993, S.N., born in 1991, and D.D., born in 1986 as a result of operative-investigative actions on charges of gang violence in Khashuri. The offense carries a maximum sentence of up to 2 years in prison.

The investigation revealed that the accused physically assaulted A.P., born in 1947, in the village of Ali, Khashuri Municipality.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation launched under Article 126, Part 1, Subparagraph “b” of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates gang violence.
