The Executive Director of “Transparency International – Georgia”, Eka Gigauri, requests sanction for Georgia from its partners.

“Georgia’s democracy is under threat as ruling party and founder Bidzina Ivanishvili push Russian-style laws silencing civil society and media.

Thousands protest for democracy resisting government propaganda. The West must stand with Georgia, using even sanctions, to safeguard democracy in the region”, - writes Eka Gigauri.
