ISU Assistant Professor on Constitutional Law ,Kote Chokoraia considers interesting meeting with the President . According to him, the President is going to facilitate the participation process to make it more open for the public.

"Constitutional majority and the ruling party has a chance and the opportunity to make the process more transparent and to promote consensus, "- said Kote Chokoraia.

Kote Chokoraia said that in the absence of a political consensus if the ruling team adopts acceptable for the society law, there still will be a lot of questions.

Kote Chokaraia noted that the recent steps taken by the ruling majority, for example the refusal tothe President`s involvement in the Constitutional Commission is pointing to the signs of discrimination of the Presidential Institute.
