According to the Chairman of the Parliament, Irakli Kobakhidze, the law enforcement agencies have shown a completely different standard of attitudes toward people during the events yesterday.

As Kobakhidze told the reporters, the law enforcement agencies acted in accordance with the principle of proportionality.
