According to the Court decision,the dismissal from the Public broadcaster of Eka Mishveladze was illegal. The court was supposed either to order the Public Broadcaster to reinstate former journalist illegaly dismissed 2 years ago, who today is the President`s press speaker, or pay her the compensation. The court imposed on GPB 30 000 GEL compensation, the decision which the broadcaster`s lawyers are going to appeal.

The journalist and the President"s spokesperson Eka Mishveladze sai d that the main fact was proved that she was dismissed from the Public Broadcasting illegally.
