The opposition thinks that the corruption is becoming large-scale. The chairman of the National Movement faction, Roman Gotsiridze, responded to charges of the Arab investor Fadi Asli against municipal court.

"The judge"s decision is absurd, he has no idea what are hundreds of millions. He made a decision, and imposed 270 million fine on the foreign companies. I could not understand what he did. Either he is completely incompetent, or we are dealing with corruption cases, "- said Roman Gotsiridze.

Zurab Chiaberashvili , a member of the Faction Movement for Freedom -regions, thinks that corruption in the court, reaches the level which was under Shevardnadze.

The majority say that the independence of the judges does not mean their independence from the law, and therefore, Parliament should think about improvement of laws. Others call the accusations absurd.
