Zviad Devdariani, an Executive Director of the Civil Development Agency (CIDA) said in the Courier that the Presidential Election Rules were discussed at today`s conference.

When asked if Chairman of the Parliament really said that the president did not have to be a charismatic leader, Devdariani said that "there was a talk about what kind of person the President should be."

Devdariani said that this issue what system of government should be ussed in the country requires a common, public consensus.
