Opposition and ruling party have different positions about a format of President"s annual report at the parliament.

The ruling party openly states that the majority refuses to agree on  discussion format.

The President believes that the majority and minority members should hold discussions on content of his speech.

UNM reminded the parliament its function as well.

Some members of parliament do not hide that they do not see importance of debates.
