The city Court"s decision on a case of Center Point was followed by a noisy confrontation today. The founders - Rusudan Kervalishvili and Maia Rcheulishvili were sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment.

The Judge - Giorgi Ebanoidze has found the founders guilty of fraud and misappropriation , while declared that in part of illegal legalization of money they are not guilty.
Rusudan Kervalishvili was imprisoned at the court. Maia Rcheilishvili did not attend the process due to her health condition.

The family states that the verdict is unfair. Lawyers of Rcheulishvili family speak about a poltiical decision.
The clients are claiming damages. They believe that four-year sentence is not enough. They asc the compensation from the state.

Rusudan Rcheulishvili is the third member of family, who is imprisoned.
Recently it became known that assets of Center Point were unfrozen.
