The majority and the opposition has not agreed to alternate turns format of their speeches after the President`s address to the parliament. According to the Georgian Dream`s decision, the President`s annual address will be followed first by the opposition factions speeches .

The debate will be opened by 15-minute speeches of factions that are included in the minority.
The majority explained the expressed agreement to hold political debates, by the attemp to avoid another confrontation between the President and the ruling party. The full composition of the diplomatic corps is invited. to attend the President`s address.

President`s speech is likely to continue for an hour hour, after which 2-hour break will be announced. The break will be followed by a five -hour political debate.
