Members of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court refrein to comment on judgement about Rustavi2"s case.
Zurab Dzlierashvili, the Judge of the Grand Chamber does not clerify , what was the basis for the Grand Chamber"s decision . According to him , the ruling includes all explanations.

The Grand Chamber"s decision was given to parties last evening. Rustavi2"s lawyers state that they have a lot of questions in regard to the ruling.
Besarion Alabidze, the Judge of the Supreme Court refused to answer on Rustavi2"s questions.
He denied questions about possible fact of pressure.

Nino Gvenetadze, a Chairman of the Supreme Court has not commented on the issue yet.
